Job SummaryWe are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher with strong expertise in survey research, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights to support product and user experience decision-making. This role focuses on the design, execution, and analysis of large-scale tracking and longitudinal surveys, translating quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX research, psychology, statistics, social sciences, or human‑computer interaction, and is comfortable working independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, manage, and execute large‑scale quantitative UX research studies, including tracking and longitudinal surveys
- Develop survey instruments, questionnaires, and measurement frameworks
- Analyze survey data using statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, regression, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing
- Write clear, actionable research reports and insights to inform product, design, and business decisions
- Prioritize and manage multiple research projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers
- Ensure high data quality through proper sampling, weighting, validation, and data cleaning techniques
- Contribute to improving research standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant UX or quantitative research experience
- Strong proficiency in R (including Tidyverse) for data analysis
- Proven experience in survey design, questionnaire development, and measurement strategy
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods, including:
- Descriptive statistics
- Regression analysis
- ANOVA
- t-tests
- Demonstrated experience conducting hands‑on primary research
- Ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with large‑scale tracking surveys or longitudinal research
- Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or similar tools
- Experience working in technology, digital products, or consumer‑facing platforms
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (e.g., SEM, multilevel modeling)
