What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop study proposals using real‑world data to address key business questions identified within cross‑functional teams
  • Lead the design, completion, and delivery of real‑world evidence (RWE) to inform regulatory decisions and fulfill requirements
  • Facilitate the dissemination of RWE through presentations, publications, and training sessions
  • Collaborate on the development of an integrated evidence generation plan for product teams
  • Build external partnerships to enhance the use of real‑world data in supporting product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Doctorate degree and at least 2 years of related research and scientific experience, or
  • Master’s degree and at least 6 years of related research and scientific experience, or
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of data sciences and scientific experience, or
  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of data sciences and scientific experience, or
  • High school diploma/GED and 12 years of data sciences and scientific experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Doctorate degree in epidemiology or a subject area with a high observational research content
  • Experience in the ideation, design, execution, and delivery of observational research studies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with and leading multi‑disciplinary teams
  • Research experience within the pharmaceutical and/or public health setting
