This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed Real Estate Broker, or Licensed Real Estate Team. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. This includes generating leads, managing active listings, negotiating deals, producing market analyses, and leveraging AI-driven tools and platforms. Building and maintaining client relationships, staying informed about current real estate trends, and adhering to ethical and legal standards are key aspects of this position.

• Valid real estate license (Agent or Broker) in the corresponding state
• Expertise in client relationship management, communication, and consultation
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and real estate regulations
• Proficiency with technology and real estate platforms; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus
• Experience in contract negotiation, market analysis, and sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Collaborative spirit, team-focused mindset, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Previous real estate sales or broker experience is highly advantageous
