Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming buyer and seller leads each week. It's a strong way to help stay completely booked on the front lines of the busy California real estate world. It's a very rare lead system to receive this kind of volume each week.
There are options for incoming residential buyer leads, sellers and commercial real estate leads. We're are currently hiring real estate agents across California.
The strategy that we have works:
High volume leads. One of our agents closed a $22 million sale from one of our leads. We have a sustainable lead system that is meant just for a small group.
We give each of our agents at least 40-100+ incoming residential buyer & seller leads each month. The leads come in from a variety of sources. We've had the exact same system since 2007 and it works with a small group. We're under water leads. We are flooded with residential buyer & seller leads. We do also have an option for a flood of incoming commercial leads.
The leads come from a variety of sources including Zillow.
- 80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $15,000 per year (100% split after cap reached for calendar year)
- After 3 years, agents keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 annual cap
- 50/50 split on company-provided leads
- 100% commission on personal real estate transactions

No monthly fees, no yearly fees, no startup fees, no transaction fees — just the split system
We have agents who have been with us for 10-15+ years and they don't typically need leads from us, however we can back them up with leads when they need it.
Our lead system only works if we do not have any turnover. We have very low turnover, and the first agent ever hired in 2007 still works at our company. We need agents that are going to close sales and stay with us for the long run.
