Dual-Site Leasing Consultant (Experienced)

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to support two apartment communities as a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant. This role is ideal for a leasing professional who consistently meets leasing goals, delivers strong customer service, and is looking for long-term career growth with a stable, nationally recognized property management company.

This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with alternating Saturdays as needed based on occupancy.

$16–$18/hour (based on experience) plus up to $100 per lease

• Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet or exceed leasing goals
• Conduct professional tours and follow up with prospects
• Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately
• Maintain model units, show-ready apartments, and overall curb appeal
• Support property marketing and outreach efforts
• Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives
• Provide leasing coverage across two communities as needed

• Prior multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills
• Experience with property management software (YARDI preferred)
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required
