Regional Property Operations Manager - CA

Overview

The HHF Regional Property Operations Manager contributes by supporting and executing strategies related to all local, regional and national aspects of day-to-day property management including creating systems for consistent tenant communication via quarterly town halls, written property report updates, carrying out evictions as necessary, move-ins; etc.

• Supervises the leasing, maintenance, and leads support staff.
• Uses knowledge of property management and affordable housing in providing information on operating costs as well as the annual budget for the properties.
• Responsible to help co-develop and implement programs designed to increase occupancy.
• Manages property staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• This role will additionally contribute by ensuring that the physical appearance and legal requirements of building codes, regulations, and requirements of the properties meet cities and required standards.
• This role will also identify potential viable properties for acquisition by prospecting, researching, and communicating opportunities to New Business Developers and the Real Estate Portfolio leads.
