This is a 1099 independent contractor role for a California-licensed Real Estate Agent. Agents may work across multiple segments — including residential listings, buyer representation, rentals, property management coordination, and selected commercial opportunities. The role focuses on building trust with clients, analyzing market opportunities, negotiating effectively, and guiding people through important financial and life transitions — with the full backing of our brokerage leadership, lending partners, and support systems.

• Active California Real Estate License (DRE) — or willingness to pursue one with guidance
