Become a valued member of The Collective Company, an expanding and vibrant real estate team based in Chesterfield, MO. As a Showing Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting our agents by organizing and leading property showings, delivering a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. • Assist real estate agents by scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and efficient property visits
• Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback for agent review
• Support open house events by preparing properties and greeting visitors
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions
• Stay informed about current market trends and property availability within the Chesterfield area

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
• Ability to navigate and show properties efficiently and professionally
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Chesterfield, MO real estate market is an advantage
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality
