Based in the vibrant Kirkwood neighborhood, you will assist our real estate team by organizing property viewings and facilitating smooth communication between clients and agents. • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist agents by preparing homes for showings, ensuring properties are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Maintain accurate records of showing appointments, feedback, and client interactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to provide updates and answer inquiries.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local real estate regulations during showings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and support successful transactions.

• Proven experience as a Showing Assistant or in a similar real estate support role.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types in Kirkwood, MO.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and agents.
• Ability to manage multiple showings and appointments efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property showings.
• Real estate license required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient with real estate software and mobile applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications or training is a plus.
