- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts to facilitate successful transactions
- Research market conditions, property values, and financing options to provide informed advice
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Utilize marketing strategies and social media to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a desire to build a successful career
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and local market trends preferred
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend client meetings and property showings
