• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and tenants
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions
• Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract new clients

• Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical business practices
• Familiarity with St. Louis neighborhoods and community resources preferred
