Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers in the St. Louis area.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local market conditions.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, agents, and team members.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the showing calendar efficiently.
  • Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light during showings.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to the listing agents and team for follow-up.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to showings and client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a real estate showing partner or similar role preferred
  • Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
  • Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and neighborhoods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple property showings efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a top real estate team
  • Proficient with mobile technology and real estate software tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications a plus
