• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Participate in team activities according to team standards
• Attend monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their homes
