Position OverviewMid-Level Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO at Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS).
Position Responsibilities- Conduct daily Purchase Order (PO) reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with Material Review Board (MRB) to ensure non conforming parts are flagged appropriately.
- Perform inspection reviews to verify adherence to quality requirements and standards.
- Manage First Article Engineering Evaluations (FAEE) and coordinate gap inspections as needed.
- Manage the TIPQA system, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning effectively.
- Monitor and manage ARIOS FLAGS to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related fields.
- Familiarity with MRB processes and inspection methodologies.
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in email and queue management.
- Ability to implement new requirements and processes effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and managing special projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to quality assurance and inspection processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.

TravelThis position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
ShiftThis role will be on 1st shift.
CompensationUSD $95,200 – $128,800. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
