• DRIVE TO PROPERTIES: Use company vehicles to travel efficiently between job sites.
• REMOVE DEBRIS: Keep flower beds and landscaped areas free of trash and debris.
• EMPTY TRASH CANS: Ensure bins are clean and surrounding areas look great.
• HANDLE CLIENT REQUESTS: Tackle special tasks like removing items from trash areas.
• KEEP IT CLEAN: Walk the property to ensure it's always clean, safe, and inviting.

• You’ll excel in this role if you:
• Have a valid driver's license (Class E or better) with a clean record.
• Are dependable and accountable, taking pride in quality work.
• Can work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
