Location: Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center – Florissant, MO
Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate, patient-centered care. Located in a beautiful one‑floor facility with 120 beds in Florissant, MO, we are proud to offer a warm, family‑like atmosphere for both residents and staff.
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and/or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values teamwork, quality care, and professional growth.

- Accurately record and monitor patient medical histories and vital signs
- Observe residents under treatment and report progress or side effects
- Monitor conditions, including fluid intake/output, and update charts
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and eating
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and enemas
- Perform general nursing tasks as needed
- Provide compassionate, person‑centered care in a skilled nursing setting
- Active and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
- Knowledge of nursing best practices, patient care, and confidentiality standards
- Familiarity with healthcare safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to manage stressful situations calmly
