We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering comfort and exceptional care directly to patients in their homes. This is more than a nursing role; it7;s an opportunity to be a beacon of support and healing in your community. As an In‑Home Health Care RN, you7;ll build meaningful relationships with patients and provide holistic care that extends beyond medical needs.
Compensation: USD $36.00 – USD $39.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Be a Pillar of Support: conduct thorough assessments to provide personalized, comprehensive care.

Education:
guide and educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. - Compassionate Assistance: provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
- Harmonize Care: coordinate your schedule with patients, aligning with their plan of care, approved hours, and personal preferences.
- Vigilant Advocate: monitor and promptly report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Healing Hands: administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Collaborative Spirit: communicate with Case Managers and collaborating physicians or specialists to ensure a unified approach.
- Diligent Documentation: maintain accurate patient logging in our EMR system.
- Emotional Connection: offer compassionate advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Your Voice Matters (Communication): prepare clear, compassionate clinical notes and charting that tell the patient7;s story.
- A valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
- Malpractice insurance is required.
- Willingness to travel and provide care directly in patients7; homes.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with a warm, empathetic approach.
