Skilled Nursing | Non-Certified – Training Provided

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. This non-certified caregiver role is ideal for individuals who are interested in starting a career in healthcare —
no prior certification required
. We provide training to help you succeed.

In this role, you’ll care for the physical and emotional needs of residents, helping ensure quality of life in a safe, home-like environment while offering support to families and visitors. You’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team and maintain professionalism while meeting state and federal guidelines.

The Nursing Assistant provides direct personal care and support to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. This role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, promoting resident comfort and dignity, and supporting a positive care environment.

Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a desire to grow in senior care.

This role may also be known as:
Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, Resident Care Assistant, or Patient Care Assistant.
