Position: Charge Nurse (LPN/RN)
Location: Aspire Senior Living East Prairie - East Prairie, MO
Shift: PRN
Aspire Senior Living East Prairie seeking a compassionate, dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team in providing high-care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri.
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
