Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA – Approved for Part‑time and PRN positions at Forsyth Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. Evening and night shifts offer differential pay.

You will deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities. All duties will be performed in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements, under the direction of the licensed nursing supervisor.

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Active and in‑good‑standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a CNA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
