Located next to NHC Health Care Maryland Heights, we provide care in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
About the RoleAs a Behavioral Health RN, you’ll assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. You’ll help ensure a safe, compliant, and healing environment for all.
Responsibilities- Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
- Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting
- CPR, First Aid, de-escalation, and restraint certifications (training provided)
