We are currently seeking a compassionate LPN or RN in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

At Phoenix, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home nursing care to children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs. We are looking for nurses who are skilled and empathetic, understanding the importance of creating a nurturing environment for their patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care
  • Monitor and document patient status and share updates with physicians and families
  • Educate families on proper care and treatments to ensure continuity
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN or RN License in the state of practice
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not required
