Position Overview

    Registered Nurse (RN)

    Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

    Southeastern Missouri
  • Shifts:

    8-hour weekday shifts or optional weekend 12-hour shifts (work 24 hours, paid for 32)
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: USD $33-$36 (based on experience)
  • Approximate CAD Equivalent: $44-$48 per hour
  • Evening Differential: +$2.50/hour
  • Night Differential: +$1.50/hour
Relocation & Immigration Support
  • Free housing for the first 90 days
  • $3,000 USD relocation bonus upon arrival
  • TN Visa sponsorship with employer-managed paperwork
  • Green Card sponsorship available after 6 months of satisfactory employment
Your Role as an RN
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
  • Assess residents and create individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and families
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • Requirements for Canadian RNs
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • NCLEX-RN passed
  • Eligible or willing to obtain a Missouri RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  • English proficiency exam if required
