Location: California
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct psychiatric assessments.
- Assess physical health needs.
- Make appropriate referrals to community physicians.
- Manage and administer medication in conjunction with psychiatrist/nurse practitioner.
- Provide wide range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
- Share shift-management responsibilities with other staff.
- Provide direct case management services to individuals, conduct medication education, and perform necessary documentation.
- Assist individuals with weekly medication bag/box fills.
- Deliver medications to homes of individuals per morning/evening medication runs on rotation basis.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Completion of educational requirements for Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in VA.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- At least one year of experience providing services to individuals with serious mental illness.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE$57,001 - $99,751
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
