You’ll be the first face families see as they begin their hospice journey. From heartfelt conversations to creating personalized care plans, you’ll lead the way in making sure every patient and family feels supported, informed, and cared for.

  Travel to patient homes (yes, this includes navigating stairs and weather surprises) to deliver exceptional care. Must be willing to travel to Orange County and Inland Empire.

• ✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ✔️ RN License (active and in good standing).
• ✔️ 1+ years of nursing experience (hospice experience required).
• ✔️ A valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and a sense of adventure for the road ahead.
• ✔️ Bilingual (Spanish/English)? Amazing!
