Charge Nurse (RN) - FT Days | St. Luke's Rehab

We are hiring a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate the delivery of nursing care. The Charge Nurse provides leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff.

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care in collaboration with nursing leadership and the care team.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff.

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment. We can help you obtain ACLS.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU.
• Experience:
  
  One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• A few preferred qualifications (not required): prior experience in emergency or critical care environments; comfort with vents/trachs/PICC lines; two years of direct patient care experience.
