We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

• Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team.
• Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
• Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.

• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role, providing direct care to multiple residents, with long‑term care (LTC) experience being ideal.
• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long‑term care.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing environment.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care .
• Advanced education in principles of management and geriatrics or DON certification.
• Leadership principles expertise.
