We are looking for a Full-Time NOC shift RN with a competitive salary.

  • Supervise employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities according to facility policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training staff, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate care and services, improve organization and implementation of care plans, and enhance quality of life for residents.
  • Ensure proper assessment of prospective residents prior to admission, including visiting clients at their home or hospital.
  • Conduct quality assessment and assurance activities, including regulatory compliance rounds, to monitor performance and improve quality.
  • Develop staffing plans to meet care needs, recommending staffing levels and types of nursing personnel necessary for care and compliance.
  • Ensure 24-hour availability as a nursing administration resource by providing on-call and telephone access or designating qualified staff to do so.
  • Audit clinical records for accuracy and completeness, including resident assessments, documentation of interventions, and implementation of care plans across all shifts.
  • Lead or participate in interdisciplinary conferences to develop care plans.
  • Require 1 year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility and 6 months of training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
  • Hold a clear and current Registered Nurse license in California.
