A highly regarded and award-winning medical center in Southern California is seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Manager to lead its Mother Baby Unit

$10, Hiring Bonus (based on eligibility)
Manage a 24-room Mother Baby Unit with 4050 direct reports

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations in the Mother Baby Unit
Foster a high-performing team culture focused on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
Ensure compliance with care standards and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Mentor, coach, and support staff development and engagement
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient care delivery
Required QualificationsBachelors Degree in Nursing or related field
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)
Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 90 days
Preferred QualificationsMasters Degree in Nursing or a related field
2+ years of recent experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g., Nurse Manager, ANM)
3+ years of hands-on experience in a hospital-based Mother Baby, Obstetrics, or Labor & Delivery unit

Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching
Experienced in managing clinical operations and staffing across multidisciplinary teams
Committed to data-driven decisions that enhance quality and patient outcomes
