• Provide high‑quality nursing care to assigned residents.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans.
• Participate in care planning, implementation, and evaluation with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of nursing care and patient responses.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• May assume charge of the unit as assigned and assist in unit management.
