The RN Manager ICU Department will report directly to the Director of Critical Care Services while overseeing the ICU nursing staff. This role will collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other department leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and quality patient outcomes. The RN Manager ICU Department will also work closely with hospital administration to align department goals with organizational priorities.

The ICU under the leadership of the RN Manager ICU Department includes 10 beds with a dedicated group of nurses and support staff. Responsibilities
  • As RN Manager ICU Department, responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring staff in clinical education, maintaining competencies, and leading initiatives to improve care quality and patient safety.
  • On the administrative side, the RN Manager ICU Department will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and fostering strong physician relationships while ensuring the unit meets regulatory standards.
