Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekend Shift

This role is offered by Luxor Healthcare at Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center in Florissant, MO. The position is open to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).

Base Pay Range
: $35.00/hr - $38.50/hr

• Accurately record and monitor patient medical histories and vital signs
• Observe residents under treatment and report progress or side effects
• Monitor conditions, including fluid intake/output, and update charts
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and eating
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and enemas
• Perform general nursing tasks as needed
• Provide compassionate, person‑centered care in a skilled nursing setting

• Active and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
• Knowledge of nursing best practices, patient care, and confidentiality standards
• Familiarity with healthcare safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to manage stressful situations calmly
