Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift Daily Pay

Join OPCO Skilled Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift with daily pay and a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

The Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN will provide direct resident care, develop the plan of care, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, and monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are upheld.

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident and members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication or any change in patient condition.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and all tasks are performed following state and federal regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
