Shifts Available:
- Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care and accurate patient assessments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on care planning
- Communicate openly with patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants
- Support our mission of excellence, honesty, and integrity in patient care
- Current Missouri RN license (or eligible within 90 days of testing)
- Caring, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Prior Matrix experience a plus
