• Medical clearance required annually for respiratory protection equipment (including SCBA). The clearance process consists of a comprehensive medical evaluation including a review of medical history, a complete physical examination, vision, hearing, spirometry, and an exercise treadmill test.
• Possession of a valid driver―license of the appropriate class issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
