Join Mercy's Home Health team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Position Details: Experienced LPN Sign On Bonus $2,000
Home Care LPN
40 hours per week, Day Shift (No weekends)

Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. Must assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ needs and care. The home health nurse manages a caseload of patients experiencing a wide range of health conditions, provides patient education, treatment, and emotional support, demonstrates excellent assessment skills and technical proficiency, anticipates and responds to changes in clinical status, and maintains excellent rapport and communication with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Concise and accurate documentation is essential.
- Full Time (40 hrs. per week), Day Shift (No weekends)
- Gas Mileage Offered - $0.70/mile (subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate)

- Experience:
Prefer one year experience in a related field. - Education:
Requires graduation from accredited nursing school. - Licensure:
Current RN license in the state of Missouri. Must be a licensed driver. - Certifications:
BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association is required.
