Schedule:

6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Rotating Shift

• Utilizes current physiologic, anesthesia science, and holistic care principles to assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate anesthetic plans.
• Provides direct and indirect care, leads patient care team to achieve goals in accordance with standards.
• Coordinates and directs care of other team members, delegates appropriately, and communicates effectively.
• Exhibits leadership, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills; maintains quality and efficiency.

• Program completion from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a critical care setting OR 1 year CRNA experience.
• Licensure/Certification
  :
  Missouri State Registered Nurse AND Certified RN Anesthetist (NBC RNA). Must obtain BLS within 90 days and ACLS and PALS within 365 days of hire.
• Skills
  :
  • Determine scope of care, aligning with mission and strategic plan.
  • Human relations, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Continue education and maintain recertification requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of aseptic technique.
