Volunteer : Social Media Manager

Little Leaders Foundation (LLF) is a women‑led non‑profit dedicated to empowering children through education, community development, and advocacy. We have a small, passionate team of young women based in the Netherlands and Sri Lanka, collaborating online to make a real impact for children in Sri Lanka.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help grow LLF’s online presence, engage with our community, and share the stories of the children and communities we support. This is a volunteer role, perfect for someone passionate about social impact, storytelling, and digital engagement.

• Manage LLF’s social media accounts (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and others)
• Create engaging content (graphics, posts, stories, reels) aligned with our brand
• Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our community
• Collaborate with our volunteer team to highlight LLF projects and events

• Passionate about social impact and youth development
• Experienced with social media management, content creation, and analytics
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Bonus: Experience in graphic design

• Make a meaningful contribution to children’s education and community development
• Gain experience managing social media for a non‑profit
