- Ensure alignment of fundraising strategy at each site with the broader growth and partner stewardship strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director.

- Collaborate closely with site-level Executive Directors and development staff to support local fundraising initiatives and donor engagement.

- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive fundraising experience, with a strong track record in individual giving and major gifts
- Proven success in building donor relationships and securing philanthropic support from individuals, foundations, and corporations across a regional (multi-state) landscape.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience navigating a multi-site or national nonprofit structure with the ability to drive growth in a collaborative environment.
