This is a full-time, on-site role for a Military Engagement Coordinator at Camp Pendleton, California. The Coordinator will build and maintain relationships with the local military community, organize and facilitate events and programs, and act as a key link to support services. They will also collaborate with team members, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the successful implementation of programs and ministry efforts aligned with EYD’s mission.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and engage effectively with active-duty military members, veterans, and their families
• Experience in event planning, program coordination, or volunteer management
• Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Passion for supporting the military community and a commitment to the mission of combating veteran suicide
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and foster partnerships with external organizations
• Willingness to work on-site at Camp Pendleton, California
• Familiarity with military culture and resources is a strong advantage
• Relevant education or experience in social work, ministry, outreach, or a related field is preferred
