About The Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing professional to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across multiple brands and European markets related to baker’s yeast. Until now, marketing has been driven locally within each country. This new role will bring cohesion, alignment across all markets while empowering local teams and ensuring strong execution through agencies and partners.
Because we operate in the food ingredients sector, this role requires someone who can translate technical product knowledge into compelling, market‑relevant messaging. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, BU Management, Quality, and global & local marketing teams to ensure our communication is accurate, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
This is a high‑impact position for someone who enjoys balancing hands‑on execution with strategy coordination, and in a dynamic, international environment.

- Produce and coordinate content for European‑wide use (articles, visuals, videos).
- Prepare internal and external communications including newsletters, updates, and press materials.
- Participate in the definition of marketing communications action plans while piloting 360° communications campaigns.
- Support the product manager and sales teams in the content, development of promotional / technical presentation and sales tools.
- Coordinate media relations with corporate teams.
- Maintain editorial calendars and communication flows.
- Ensures a link with the Lallemand Baking local teams to adapt / use the right promotional actions.
- Manage and optimise local websites (Word Press): updates, performance, UX.
- Plan, execute, and track CRM campaigns across markets (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Support SEO/SEM activities and digital advertising initiatives managed through agencies.
- Manage social media planning, content posting, and performance tracking (primarily on Linked In).
- Ensure alignment with global digital and corporate branding guidelines.
- Participate in the organization of commercial events.
- Support organization of trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Act as key point of contact for local teams regarding marketing execution.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are respected across regions.
- Share best practices, materials, and marketing calendars across countries.
- Coordinate and follow up the marketing budgets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
- Contribute to market intelligence: market trends, competition & market research.

Technical skills Required- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, Food Science, Agronomy, or related field.
- Good understanding of scientific / technical concepts.
- International professional environment experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Strong content creation and editing capabilities.
- Skillset in operational and marketing communication strategy and tools.
- Solid understanding of digital tools: CMS (Word Press or similar); SEO/SEM basics;
Social media management; CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
