Tik Tok Account Manager
The E-Commerce Account Manager (Tik Tok Shop) will be fully responsible for managing and growing Sunny Health & Fitness’s Tik Tok Shop presence. This role will oversee platform performance, sales growth, inventory planning, promotional strategy, content coordination, and overall account health on Tik Tok.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company’s Tik Tok Shop account end-to-end
- Ensure account health, compliance, and adherence to Tik Tok Shop policies
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize for growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order value
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategies
- Manage Tik Tok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotions
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand
- Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projections
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliates
- Support Tik Tok Live selling initiatives
- Ensure product listings are optimized (SEO, descriptions, images, videos)
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
- Work closely with paid media teams on Tik Tok Ads performance
- Optimize product feed and shop visibility
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, and ad performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management
- Direct experience managing Tik Tok Shop strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience in fast-paced consumer goods or fitness industry preferred
