The Account Manager is a key role on the client team that works as the day-to-day contact with our clients, licensors and vendors and helps mobilize the team to ensure flawless execution of client programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and maintains strong client relationships
- For assigned clients, acts as the primary point of contact for all communications
- Become familiar with the client’s overall strategy/direction and how it integrates into our strategic & tactical deliverables
- Assists in the identification, vetting and procurement of brand-appropriate licensor partnerships with licensor and client
- Aids in developing compelling client presentations
- Stays up to date on industry trends and competitor information to provide thought leadership to internal team and client
- Acts as the communications master – ensures effective communication with the Client as well as the internal Client Team to maintain quality project management
- Manages the day-to-day activities for a variety of projects from ideation and design/development thru in-market execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Connects current and future information for client opportunities/decisions
- Understands how to activate the available resources to problem-solve complex client issues
- Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a marketing agency and/or related industry
- Experience in toys, family marketing or QSR industry is preferred, but not required
- Excels at developing and delivering compelling presentations
- Ability to use “influence” to help guide decisions
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter and team player
- Strong project management and multitasking skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish
- Superior written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with diverse client and support groups
