Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, remote role for a Director, Lifecycle Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be tasked with planning, executing, and optimizing customer communications throughout their lifecycle journey. Responsibilities include developing targeted lifecycle marketing strategies, analyzing performance data, and implementing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention. The role demands proactive collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications- Experience with Marketing strategies, Lifecycle Marketing, and Campaign Optimization
- Experience in improving LTV, churn rate, conversion rate of customer journey
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Implementing Analytics Tools
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Personalization Techniques
- Leadership skills to manage teams and align cross‑functional efforts effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms and customer experience tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required;
Master’s degree is a plus
