Woz (YC W25) is hiring a Content Wizard to own our content strategy and execution across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube
.

If you’re the kind of person who can turn raw ideas into highly engaging short-form videos, understands what makes content convert, and wants to build a brand that becomes synonymous with entrepreneurship, this role is for you.

This is a rare opportunity to be the person who builds Woz’s content engine from zero to massive scale. If you crush this role, it will undoubtedly serve as a massive career accelerant.

Establish Woz as the go-to brand for entrepreneurs launching mobile app-based businesses by building content that:

• Educates and inspires builders
• Converts viewers into users
• Makes Woz culturally relevant in the “build a business” internet

Woz (YC W25) is the leading AI mobile app builder for entrepreneurs. Customers use Woz to build real, revenue-generating mobile app businesses (not throwaway demos). Our mission is to reduce barriers to business building and give anyone with grit and determination the ability to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.

You are already a content creator. You post constantly, iterate fast, and obsess over what performs.

You might be perfect for this role if you:

• Are excellent at content creation (especially short form). Post regularly and have a deep intuition for what goes viral and what converts
• Have built a meaningful following (or have a strong portfolio that proves you can)
• Are scrappy, ambitious, and hungry
• Experiment with AI tools daily (Claude Code, Cap Cut, etc.)
• Want to build a big brand while also leveling up your own resume and public profile

This is not a “social media manager” role. This is a builder role.

• Own content strategy across Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube
• Manage external UGC campaigns
• Partner with relevant influencers
• Have the freedom to leverage your expertise and creativity

• Part-time to start
