Impact You’ll Make:

As our Demand Generation Manager, you won’t just be "running ads." You will own our digital reputation and the technical engine that drives our growth. You will be the architect of our presence on major software marketplaces and the lead strategist for our organic search and web experience. Your goal is to ensure that when a specialist provider looks for a better way to practice, they find Compulink first—and stay for the experience.

What You’ll Do:

Marketplace & Brand Management: Own our branding and content strategy on aggregator sites including G2, Capterra, and Software Advice. You will manage review generation campaigns, optimize our profiles for conversion, and ensure our specialty-specific value props are crystal clear.

SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap. You will identify high-intent keywords for our specialty niches (e.g., "Best EHR for Podiatry"), optimize clinical content, and lead technical SEO audits.

Website Development & Optimization: Act as the primary owner of our website’s front-end conversion path. You’ll manage CMS updates (Word Press), build high-converting landing pages, and work with developers to ensure a seamless, mobile-responsive user experience.

Full-Funnel Demand Gen: Execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Paid Social, Search) that drive high-quality MQLs and SQLs. You’ll partner closely with Sales to ensure lead quality and high conversion rates.

Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates by channel, and organic traffic growth using Hub Spot and Google Analytics.

About You:

Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing. Experience in Health Tech, EHR, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.

Technical Stack: Proficiency with Hub Spot, Word Press, and SEO tools (like Ahrefs or Semrush).

Marketplace Native: You understand the "pay-to-play" and organic nuances of Capterra/G2 and know how to leverage social proof to win.

The "Specialty" Mindset: You can translate complex AI and clinical features into benefits that resonate with busy healthcare providers.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience).

Annual Performance Bonus: 15% of base salary. As a Demand Gen leader, you are directly responsible for the revenue pipeline; this variable pay rewards your impact on meeting MQL/SQL targets.
