Product ManagerJob Description
Job Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional team on developing product from conceptualization to commercialization across all categories.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction.
- Analyze current and future product lines profitability/viability, provide reports and make recommendations to the leadership.
- Assist with developing and executing short-term NPD pipeline to drive long-term brand objectives and business goals.
- Support go-to-market plan and ensure successful launch execution.
- Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns/programs and reporting findings/insights to the relevant business teams.
- Develop trade promotion materials including trade shows, brand related events.
- Manage all product specs and sales information, such as sell sheets, brochures, and etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential
- Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development
- Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills
- Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus
- Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people
- Strong project management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual is Korean is preferred but not required.
