Vice President Marketing

Lumira Search is partnered with an innovative Digital Fem Tech start-up, as we look to recruit a Vice President of Marketing to join the executive team and lead global marketing strategy.

The role is ideally hybrid and based in California; however, our client is open to discussing flexible arrangements and travel cost coverage for outstanding candidates.

Our client is a well-funded, high-growth company that has developed a transformative digital health application focused on improving women’s health outcomes at scale.

The main focus of the role will be to build and execute the company’s marketing strategy, drive user acquisition and engagement, establish brand positioning, and support commercial growth across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence on company direction and go-to-market strategy.

As this is a start-up environment, there will be an element of wearing multiple hats; working closely with product, clinical, and commercial teams, engaging with external partners and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.

Desired candidate profile:

• Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles within digital health, femtech, healthtech, or consumer healthcare
• Strong track record of scaling digital products, including user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and brand development
• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, performance channels, and product-led growth
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel as required
