We are dedicated to delivering quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive our brand visibility, digital presence, and marketing initiatives across our distributor network.

Summary

The Marketing Specialist leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and live event channels. This role ensures brand vision and messaging align with executive directives and evolving business goals, while managing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with external partners. This individual will manage and create digital and print content, oversee website development and updates, ensure brand consistency across all platforms, and coordinate advertising, trade show events, and promotional strategies in collaboration with upper management.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving measurable results and fostering brand growth.

Strategic Leadership & Brand Management
  • Lead marketing strategy from concept to execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns and messaging align with CEO directives and company objectives.
  • Translate high-level leadership direction into actionable marketing plans with clear timelines, cross-functional alignment, and measurable goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, campaigns, and platforms.
  • Ensure product information, distributor resources, and company news are current and accurately represented online.
  • Monitor website analytics and report on traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
Trade Shows & Events
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation, including booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Develop pre- and post-show marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and distributor engagement.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to align daily output with leadership priorities.
  • Lead internal education and brand alignment efforts to ensure unified messaging company-wide.
  • Work closely with upper management to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive distributor relationships and product visibility.
  • Create advertising materials for industry publications, digital platforms, and trade show sponsor ships.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, agencies, talent, and production partners.
  • Oversee budget management, approvals, and ROI tracking for all marketing activities.
  • Plan and execute company events, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent project timeline, ensuring marketing deliverables meet deadlines and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, and product management—to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation of internal communications, press releases, and customer newsletters.
Performance Optimization & Adaptability
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, and overall performance to optimize strategies.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and execute last-minute public-facing pivots when necessary.
  • Stay ahead of evolving industry and platform trends to keep marketing efforts innovative.
Operational Excellence
  • Build and maintain SOPs, onboarding tools, and internal documentation for efficiency.
  • Provide creative feedback and direction to maintain quality and innovation in all deliverables.
  • Support leadership and other departments with strategic planning and marketing expertise.
  • Other Duties As Assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or similar role (industrial/manufacturing industry experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and brand management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and project management software.
  • Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000
  • Commission based on closed sales and renewals.
