Marketing Director; F&B

The Marketing Director drives brand growth, consumer marketing, and trade promotion planning for our snacks' U.S. operations. The role builds brand awareness, trial, and engagement among American consumers, partnering closely with the Sales Director to deliver impactful marketing and shopper programs.

• Develop annual marketing plan and budget (digital, shopper, trade promotion, PR).
• Build brand positioning and communication tailored for U.S. consumers.
• Lead consumer campaigns across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and Amazon Storefront.
• Plan and analyze trade promotions with Sales Director: define mechanics, discount level, and ROI evaluation.
• Execute shopper and channel marketing (POSM, demo events, retail activation).
• Oversee creative agencies and ensure localized content and message consistency.
• Conduct consumer insights and competitive tracking for pricing, flavor, and packaging trends.
• Manage PR, collaborations, and community engagement with Asian-American audiences.
• Report quarterly on campaign ROI, trade promotion results, and brand health to CITO/CFO.

• 8-12 years of marketing experience in CPG/FMCG (food/snack industry preferred).
• Strong experience in trade promotion, shopper marketing, and digital activation.
• Ability to manage cross-functional planning with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Strong analytical skills and budget control experience.
